We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition as received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to start a return:

If approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the item.

Please note:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us straight away at dan@eastwoodengineering.comso we can put things right.
