Unlock your Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio’s exhaust sound with our valve controller!

Designed as a true plug-and-play solution, this unit installs with no modifications to the factory exhaust valve system or wiring harness and is completely reversible.

The valve controller allows the exhaust valves to remain open throughout the entire rev range—regardless of drive mode—from idle to redline. From the factory, the valves remain closed until approximately 4,000 rpm to meet EU noise emissions regulations and are only fully open in RACE mode. With the controller switched off, the valves revert to normal OEM behaviour.

The kit comprises:

  • A bespoke wiring loom that connects to two factory plugs

  • The control module

  • A remote control
