Officially Unofficial Drive & Dinner

• Meet: Woodstock Square, outside the Blenheim Estate Office, OX20 1PP

• Drive leaves: Promptly at 5:30pm

• On-route stop: Pub stop for a drink, chat and a look around the cars
• Dinner venue: The Duke of Marlborough, just outside Woodstock
• Ticket price: £35 per person
• Includes: Food choice from the menu plus a pint or soft drink on arrival
• Parking: Reserved area so the cars can be parked together

For those who remember it, the Thursday evening during Salon Privé week used to be one of the best bits — cars coming through Woodstock Square, local people out having a look, and a really nice relaxed atmosphere around the town.

Sadly, that part of the event hasn’t happened over the last couple of years, which is a real shame as it was something a lot of us really enjoyed. So, very much in good humour, we’re putting together an officially unofficial Drive & Dinner to keep the spirit of it going.

We’ll be meeting in Woodstock Square, outside the Blenheim Estate Office, OX20 1PP, from 5:00pm, with the drive leaving promptly at 5:30pm.

The drive will take around one hour in total, with a stop at another pub along the way for a drink, a chat and a chance to have a poke around the cars.

After the drive, we’ll head to The Duke of Marlborough, just five minutes outside Woodstock, where we have a reserved area in the garden and space arranged so the cars can be parked together.

We’ve also organised a simple pre-arranged menu for the evening. Your ticket includes the food item you choose from the drop-down menu, plus a pint or soft drink on arrival.

***This is not an official Salon Privé event***— it’s just a bit of fun put together by local car enthusiasts, as it was always an evening we really enjoyed and it felt a shame not to do something around it.
